Refund & Return Policies

At Surge Fit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on our store with cash on delivery across Sri Lanka.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Returns are accepted when:

• The wrong size or color was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged
• The item is unused and unworn (except for trying on)

Items that show signs of wear, dirt, odor, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing may be refused.

Contact us with your order number, product name, size, color, and the reason for the return. Include clear photos if the item is defective or damaged. We will confirm whether a return or exchange is approved and share the next steps.

Please pack the item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.

The customer must bear all shipping costs for returning the product.Surge Fit does not cover return courier or postage fees.

Where stock allows, we prefer to exchange for a different size or color. If the requested option is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative product or a refund.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received at our address and inspected. No refund is issued before we receive the item.

Because orders are paid cash on delivery, approved refunds are arranged by bank transfer or another agreed method. Please allow a few business days after inspection for the refund to be completed.

Final-sale, heavily discounted, or clearly marked non-returnable items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect. Custom or personalized items, if offered, are also non-returnable except for defects.
